How might we increase the usability of the Michigan Flyer website by transforming it into a mobile-first experience?Members of the U-M community and beyond depend on The Michigan Flyer’s transportation service. However, our research shows that the current interface lacks mobile-friendliness and obscures valuable information. The Mobile Website Redesign improves the overall Michigan Flyer experience by simplifying navigation, reducing user workload, and introducing new features that facilitate decision making.
