Our project focuses on three core design principles: social, economic, and ecological equity, aiming to create a sustainable and inclusive residential community. We leverage existing cultural, economic, and ecological connections to establish sustainable communities and social and cultural corridors.

To address key issues such as urban voids, undefined spaces, limited activities, and inappropriate scale, we adopt the concept of pin-ball and pin-wheel as a design strategy, creating urban rooms that enhance engagement with the site while providing physical and visual paths for navigation.
