Ann Arbor Arts Located in Kerrytown, Ann Arbor, this performing arts village seeks to provide spaces to support the Ann Arbor Film Festival and year-round community activities. The project is based on the performance aspect of film, with multiple stages to facilitate both performance and theater. The design is contextual, with forms that reflect the character and materials of the existing neighborhood and is made up of several smaller buildings which create “spaces in between,” allowing the public to engage with the public spaces in and around the building and as a new community asset.
