"at-Homely Cinema"

The at-Homely Cinema is situated within and around a collection of balloon-framed houses on Ashley Street near downtown Ann Arbor providing a familiar domestic setting warped and reflected to suit common activities held between dwellings and cinemas.
The at-Homely Cinema is an exploration of symbiotic interactions between different structures inspired by the parent-child relationships prevalent in recent films such as Everything Everywhere All at Once, Turning Red, and Barbie. What experiences are shared in domestic and cinematic structures? How can Going Out and Staying In meet somewhere in between?
